Bobbie’s Tip: Trust us!

 

This week, our weekly tip comes from Bobbie. Bobbie is an account manager in the Midlands office. This means she looks after some of our busiest schools and often has work available in the mornings.

 

Bobbie’s tip is all about trusting us to find the right job for you. At Axcis, we undertake a rigorous screening process and use our skills and experience to really understand your background, skills and suitability for working in our client schools.

 

Many of the schools we work with have been using Axcis for a number of years for their staffing. This means we regularly visit the school and see (and feel) the environment for ourselves. We also listen to all the feedback candidates give us after working there to build a picture of what the school is like, and what sort of candidates fit in well there.

 

By the time you have registered with Axcis, we will have reviewed your CV and core skills, had an initial telephone conversation and a more in-depth face to face interview. This means that your consultant will have a very good idea of the sorts of schools you will work well in and (hopefully) enjoy! Ok, we don’t get it right every time, but we are pretty good!

 

So if your consultant says it’s worth an extra 15 minutes travel, or to take an afternoon off your current job for an interview why not give it a go? After all, what do you have to lose? Better to walk through an open door and check out what’s on the other side before deciding you won’t like it!
